My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not soundproof at all, were of medium size and had a mountain view, but the lighting was quite annoying. The staff were very helpful, with pleasant chattering and music. The location was ideal, right by the lake with wonderful volcano views, but it was a downside being close to the men's restrooms. The breakfast was okay but nothing extraordinary. The property had areas to relax, and the sun loungers were a great addition.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right by the beautiful lake and close to the peaceful town of San Marcos. The rooms, however, were a bit noisy being next to the kitchen. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with noise levels. The location was perfect, right next to the peaceful lake with easy access to town. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although it could be a bit slow at times. The dining was average, but at least there was an option for nachos.
